Cancel your Membership

Purchased through iTunes/App Store #

If you are an Apple user and purchased your Vlume subscription via App Store, you can also stop or hold you subscription via your Apple account. To cancel your Vlume subscription purchased via Apple iTunes:

1. Access Settings page on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID
3. Tap Subscriptions and select Vlume
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Purchased through other payment methods #

To purchase Vlume subscription you could use:

1. Credit/Debit Card
2. Paypal

To cancel your subscription via the browser:

1. Log into your account by visiting Vlume website
2. Visit your Membership page.
3. In the Your Membership section click on Cancel Membership
4. You’ll know that your account has been successfully canceled when you see “Your membership is canceled” label over the Renew Membership button

You can take the same steps via your Vlume app.
