Password Recovery

Did you forget your password? We can help. It is easy to recover your password if you’ve signed up for VLUME using an email.

1. Visit VLUME sign-in page https://web.vlume.com/sign-in
2. Click on “Forgot password?” link highlighted in the screenshot above
3. Type-in your email address by which you’ve signed-up
4. Click on “Send” button

Usually it’ll only take a few minutes to receive your password reset email. The email will contain a secure link to help you reset your password.

Please note: 

1. Sometimes reset emails might be found in spam, junk, or similar folders. You can try searching your mailbox for an email with title “Reset your password for Vlume“
2. If you don’t have any VLUME accounts with the provided email, you will not receive any reset emails. We do not show that an account does not exist with the provided email for privacy reasons
